Abhyanga is actually body massage or spa designed to for deep penetration of herbal oil into the skin to relax the mind and body . It is helpful in removing impurities from body with the medicinal effects of natural herbs , and also stimulates both arterial and lymphatic circulation. It strengthen your body and improves the ability of nutrients to reach deficient cells and also remove stagnant waste. The best  result is a highest state of awareness that will enlighten the internal healing system of the body.

For each customer oil selection is done by our physician on the basis of his body ayurvedic constitution .Ayurvedic Constitution is decided by pulse and tongue diagnosis by physician .

 Indications Foot massage provides strength to the feet, improves eyesight and helps in the following conditions -  Excessive dryness of the feet  Sciatica  Foot cramps  Numbness of the feet  Strain or exhaustion of the feet  Insomnia  Cracked feet Materials  Medicated oil- Dashmool bala oil, Kshirbala oil.  Towel  Small bowl  Induction or gas stove  Napkins Method Sequence of foot massage  Lying on the back (Supine position)  Lying on the stomach (Prone position) Steps in supine position 1. Ask the patient to lie down on the table in supine position. 2. Apply warm oil in one leg below the knee to ankle joint, feet and heel gently. 3. Using both the hands massage below the knee joint, going down to the ankle with long sweeping motions applying pressure on your thumbs and fingertips. Repeat this 3 times.

Indications- Back pain Muscular pain Stiffness Improves blood Circulation Material: Medicated oil- Dashmool Bala oil/ Kshir bala oil/ Shool hara oil/ Kottamchukkyadi oil.  Small bowl  Induction or Gas stove  Towels.
